This executive summary outlines a comprehensive social awareness campaign centered around epilepsy. The campaign's main objectives are to increase public understanding of epilepsy, diminish stigma surrounding the condition, and provide valuable support to those living with epilepsy and their families. To achieve these goals, the campaign begins with the creation of a user-friendly mobile application that serves as a central resource hub for epilepsy-related information and assistance.
To ensure the app's effectiveness, extensive generative and preference research data is being collected through surveys, interviews, and focus groups. This data drives the design and development process, resulting in an intuitive, accessible, and engaging app for its users. Additionally, a competitor analysis is conducted to gain insights into existing epilepsy-related apps' strengths, weaknesses, and unique features. This allows the campaign to distinguish itself by delivering a superior user experience.
Understanding the user's journey is crucial, and a customer journey map is being developed to visualize their interactions with the app at various stages. This helps identify pain points and opportunities for improvement, leading to a more satisfying and impactful user experience. Lastly, low-fidelity wireframes are being created for essential app pages, providing a visual foundation for stakeholder feedback and revisions before advancing to high-fidelity design and development.
